BROWNIE IN FIVE MINUTES
![Imagen](/uploads/2/4/8/2/24827779/3695.jpg?361)
INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
dash of salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1/3 teaspoon vanilla
small handful of chocolate chips (optional)
PROCESS
1º- Whisk together dry ingredients in a coffee mug, standard size (11 oz.) or larger. Add oil, water, and vanilla and mix thoroughly — making sure to scrape the bottom and sides so that it’s all incorporated. If you’d like, mix in chocolate chips.
2º- Microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. The finished product will be soft-ish and chewy
3º- Cool for a minute. Eat right out of the mug :) Don’t wait long, as the brownie will harden with time.
Note: This serving size is pretty generous. For kids or for adults with modest appetites, I recommend cutting all the quantities in half (and decreasing the cooking time — in my microwave, the half-recipe takes about 45 seconds on high) for a smaller brownie in a mug.

FONDANT´S CAKE
![Imagen](/uploads/2/4/8/2/24827779/8662193.jpg?407)
INGREDIENTS
A bag of sugar white clouds
Icing sugar (double weight of clouds)
A little butter
A tablespoon water
PROCESS
1º- The first step in making home made fondant is melting the marshmallows. If you want you can make them yourself or buy them following this recipe (usually a bag of marshmallows out 200g). Put marshmallows in a bowl or microwave-safe bowl. To avoid sticking to the bowl, rub a little butter. Add a tablespoon of water and put the bowl in the microwave for 3 minutes (always checking they do not burn). It is advisable that the clouds are white sugar, dye the colour as you want.
2º-When you take the bowl from the microwave, moving with a spatula or spoon. If they have not melted, place them for another minute and they will be ready.
3º-Once the clouds are ready , you can start adding the icing sugar. Add the icing sugar gradually to knead the fondant better. Start clouds mix with sugar with a spoon or spatula once it begins to take a solid form, remove it from the bowl and knead with your hands to shape the home made fondant. So the fondant does not stick, bathe your hands in powdered sugar and sugar also the area where you are going to knead.
4º-When you've added all the icing sugar and the fondant dough does not stick to your hands, make a ball and cover with plastic wrap. You can pre-grease the plastic wrap with butter or sugar so the dough does not fit to close. Put the ball wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator and leave to stand for one day.
5º- After a day of rest, take out the dough from the refrigerator and knead again. If you notice it is a bit hard, put it in the microwave for a few seconds more , you will see that it softens a bit. And presto! You have your fondant with home made marshmallows ready to decorate whatever you want, cookies, cupcakes, cake ...
6º-If you want to colour the fondant just add dye colour you want after step 2, when the marshmallows are dissolved. I recommend you use a dye in the liquid gel that will make your dough more liquid than adequate and you have to add a little more icing sugar. This is a very simple recipe that lets you make your own fondant with marshmallows any time.
